The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient for exploring the area's shopping options at City Centre Deira, while still being minutes away from the serene beaches of Sharjah and Ajman.

The gym and fitness center at the hotel had top-notch equipment, making me feel like I was working out in a professional athlete's training facility. The all-day global dining restaurant offered a buffet spread that was as satisfying as a food festival in my mouth. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach and city center was like having a personal chauffeur at my disposal. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis that made me feel like I was swimming in my own private lagoon. The comfortable armchairs in the rooms were like sinking into a cloud, providing the perfect spot for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The TV satellite system had some issues with clarity, which made channel surfing a bit frustrating.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sharjah, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the Museum of Islamic Civilization and the Heritage Center. It was also conveniently located near the bus station, Central Souq, and Al Qasba, making it easy to explore the city.

Everything was fine so far, friendly staff and clean.

Far from Dubai, enough parking spaces, but could have been scarce, a little stuffy air in the room.

I found the internt connection fees to be excessive. The hotel should consider providing limited free service in open areas and less expensive charges for room connections. This would be suitable for many of the business or shopping visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was impressive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff treated me with exceptional warmth and helpfulness.

One small improvement could be made to the breakfast offerings.

The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The buffet restaurant had a good choice of food and was good value for money.

The staff were helpful, supportive, and lovely. Car parking was available. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. The hotel management had a good response to my requests.

Nothing to dislike.

Really is a nice hotel , and in fact, I recommended my friend of mind about this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby Museum of Islamic Civilization and the Heritage Center. The concierge staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even providing us with a mini-map of Sharjah. We also appreciated the hassle-free late check-in and late checkout.

Although the breakfast spread was limited, the muffins were absolutely delicious and the omelet from the egg station was very tasty. The free daily shuttle to Dubai was a great bonus, making it convenient for us to enjoy a lunch and a quick shopping trip in the city.

The hotel was very good for family & location also was good. i will use this hotel again when i visit sharjah
